We founded LARK in Munich at the beginning of 2024 and have been growing ever since. We are highly motivated and enjoy working closely together on exciting and international matters. At the same time, we jointly drive the development of LARK.
We advise our clients on corporate, stock corporation and capital market law, M&A and private equity transactions, venture capital, financing and tax law. Our clients include numerous listed companies, financial sponsors, start-ups and emerging companies.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for junior and senior associates (m/f/d), counsel (m/f/d) and trainee lawyers (m/f/d) in all our specialist areas: corporate/M&A, private equity, venture capital, stock corporation and capital markets law, finance and tax law. What do we expect from you?
You have completed your legal exams with an significant above-average grade.
Ideally, you have completed a doctorate and/or an LL.M.
You have a strong understanding of economics.
You are business fluent in German and English.
You are a real team player, show a high level of initiative and work in a structured manner.

The LARKs like to take advantage of this flexibility, but at the same time they all enjoy being in the office together. We also don't have a fixed number of vacation days. Instead, you can organize your work flexibly as long as the needs of the team and clients can be met.
Our highlight is the Working From Away. Once a year, the entire team travels to a distant location for a week to work together and have a good time.
