About Franziska
Franziska is a Senior Associate at LARK. Her practice focuses on Corporate Law, M&A and Private Equity. She supports and advises national and international Private Equity funds comprehensively on planned transactions, from the beginning of their investment to its exit.
Prior to joining LARK, Franziska worked for other commercial law firms. She completed her legal studies in Munich and Bayreuth, where she also completed her additional training in economics. For her LL.M. she then moved to Maastricht in the Netherlands.
Franziska supports and advises German and international private equity funds comprehensively on planned transactions, from the beginning of their investment to its exit.
