About Daniel
Daniel is a founding partner of LARK and advises in the areas of M&A, private equity and corporate law.
Prior to joining LARK, he was a partner at the law firm GLNS, and before that spent several years in the Munich office of a London magic circle law firm. He completed his legal training in Germany, Switzerland and England.
Daniel has a special focus in small and mid-cap private equity transactions. He advises both the investor side as well as the seller and founder side. He also advises on management and employee participation models as well as on group-internal reorganisation processes.
The majority of Daniel’s mandates have an international context. He advises his clients on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions but also on their German and global other investments.

Life beyond Lark
To balance body & mind, Daniel likes to use his balance board during working hours, shifts lunch appointments to go jogging, drinks red wine, needs fresh air, considers to sign-up for the office yoga, lets his children chase him through the day, and yet always tries to experience the moment.
