Prior to joining LARK, Nicholas practised as a lawyer at GLNS. He is specialising in corporate law, venture capital, M&A, private equity and banking & finance.

At the end of his legal studies, which took Nicholas to Heidelberg, Madrid and Düsseldorf, he is currently completing his PhD at the University of Münster.

In his free time, Nico can be found either hiking or, on good days, jogging in the mountains. Nico is a big fan of all sporting activities (active and passive), a marathon runner and amateur triathlete and is very enthusiastic about “useless” knowledge.
