LARK was founded in Munich at the beginning of 2024 and has been growing ever since. Our daily work is characterised by team spirit, motivation and strong cohesion.

Our lawyers advise numerous well-known companies in the areas of corporate law, stock corporation and capital markets law, M&A and private equity transactions, venture capital, financing and tax. Our clients include listed companies, financial investors, start-ups and emerging businesses.

Who are we looking for?

We are always looking for assistance.
What do we expect from you?

Successfully completed commercial, foreign language or similar training
Ideally, you have already gained experience as a secretary or assistant in a law firm or consulting environment.
Strong communication and organisational skills, as well as discretion and loyalty
Professional and friendly demeanour and very good manners
Teamwork and flexibility come naturally to you
A quality-conscious and independent working style
Very good written and oral German and English language skills
Confident use of MS Office programmes
