About Sebastian
Sebastian is a senior associate at LARK. He advises international and German clients on private equity and M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and all aspects of corporate law.
His advice includes national and international transactions, including growth investments, co-investments, exits and management/employee participations programs, as well as all other corporate law aspects.
Prior to joining LARK, he worked as associate at a leading U.S. law firm and a London magic circle law firm.
Sebastian specializes in corporate and M&A transactions with a particular focus on private equity transactions.

Life beyond Lark
