About Niklas
Niklas is an associate at LARK. He particularly advises in the fields of stock corporation and capital markets law, public M&A and corporate law.
Prior to joining LARK, Niklas completed his legal traineeship in Ulm. In this context, he worked for a leading U.S. law firm in Munich.
He completed his legal studies in Constance.
