About Florian
Florian is a senior associate at LARK. He advises international and German clients on Venture Capital and M&A transactions, corporate & commercial litigation and arbitration, and all aspects of corporate law.
Prior to joining LARK, Florian advised on venture capital and M&A transactions at NRM+ Partners. In addition, he had a focus on corporate and tax structuring, company formations and ongoing corporate housekeeping.
Previously, he worked at Hengeler Mueller, where he advised on litigation and arbitration matters, particularly post-M&A disputes and commercial litigation.
Florian studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU) and completed his legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Regional Court of Munich I. He later obtained a doctorate (Dr. iur.) in tax law.
Florian specialises in advising growth-stage and established companies on German and cross-border venture capital and M&A transactions.

Outside of work, Florian enjoys spending time in the mountains, whether hiking or skiing. He also likes cycling and spending time by the Isar. In the evenings, he enjoys dining out with friends and family, playing board games or relaxing on the sofa with his dog.
