About Carl
Carl is an Associate at LARK. His practice focuses on Corporate Law and Venture Capital, as well as national and international M&A and Private Equity transactions.
Prior to joining LARK, Carl worked for international commercial law firms and completed his legal training in Hamburg and Rome. He studied at the University of Leipzig and the University of Oxford and completed his PhD at the University of Hamburg.
Carl advises national and international clients on Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions, as well as on all aspects of Corporate Law.

Life beyond Lark
Rowing keeps Carl active, while music gives him a creative outlet: when he’s not working, he plays the guitar or saxophone or – depending on how much noise his neighbours can tolerate – goes rowing on one of the lakes around Munich. He loves good films, good food and good restaurants, ideally combined in such a way that you can chat about the film you’ve just watched whilst looking at the menu.
