Janosch is an associate at LARK. He advises investors, start-ups and scale-ups on all matters of corporate law, venture capital and private equity.

After his studies in Bielefeld and New York, Janosch received his doctorate for his work on a financing law topic at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. He completed his legal clerkship in Berlin with stages at the German Federal Ministry of Finance and a major international law firm in Munich.

Janosch advises on all corporate law matters in connection with exit and financing transactions in a national and cross-border context.
