About Tobias
Tobias is a Partner at LARK. His practice focuses on transactional tax law and business taxation.
In particular, Tobias advises on the tax aspects of international and national M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions as well as complex reorganizations. He also advises sponsors and investors on the tax aspects of international fund structures, investments and financial instruments.
Before joining LARK, Tobias practiced as a lawyer for several years at Kirkland & Ellis in Munich and previously at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in Frankfurt. He completed his legal training in Saarbruecken and Chicago.
The tax practice is an integral part of the deal team, but also offers tailored advice on specific tax issues on an individual basis.
