About Patrick
Patrick is a founding partner of LARK. He advises primarily in the areas of M&A, private equity, venture capital and corporate law. Prior to joining LARK, he worked as counsel at the law firm GLNS and previously practiced law for several years at Milbank LLP in Munich and Frankfurt. He completed his legal training in Bayreuth, Würzburg, Frankfurt and Miami.
One of Patrick’s particular areas of focus is advising domestic and foreign institutional and strategic investors, especially in the private equity and venture capital context. He also specializes in advising start-ups and scale-ups from their incorporation through financing rounds and exit transactions as well as advising on general corporate law.
