About Julian
Julian is a counsel at LARK, specialising in transactional and corporate tax law. Julian focuses particularly on the tax aspects of national and international transactions in the fields of M&A, private equity, and venture capital.
Prior to joining LARK, Julian was a Principal Associate at Freshfields in Munich.
He studied law at the Universities of Passau and Madrid and completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. In 2023, Julian qualified as a tax advisor.
Julian has extensive experience advising on the tax aspects of domestic and international transactions.

Life beyond Lark
Outside of work, Julian enjoys spending time with family and friends over good food and drinks, as well as exploring new countries and cultures while travelling. He stays fit and fosters his sense of team spirit through regular CrossFit training. In winter, he enjoys the atmosphere at live ice hockey games as an enthusiastic spectator.
