About Christine
Christine is a counsel at LARK. She has extensive experience in M&A, private equity and corporate law and advises national and international clients on corporate transactions in acquisitions and exit situations.
Prior to joining LARK, Christine has worked for White & Case in Frankfurt and two renowned national law firms in Munich with a special focus on M&A transactions.
She completed her legal education in Germany at the University of Bayreuth and the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg with stages in San Francisco.
Christine concentrates on private equity transactions and advises investors as well as sellers/founders.

Christine loves being outdoors and likes to spend her free time in the Kitzbühel Alps or at Lake Starnberg with her family. There she shares her passion for hiking, swimming, and skiing with her three daughters. She finds tranquility during runs in the forest or her morning yoga routine.
